Tiergestützte Pädagogik

Der Umgang mit Tieren gibt dir Wohlbefinden und hilft, dein inneres Gleichgewicht zu finden. Deshalb nutzt EVIM in einigen Wohngruppen tiergestützte Pädagogik mit Lamas, Hunden sowie weiteren Haus- und Hoftieren.

Bei der Bewältigung gemeinsamer Aufgaben mit den Tieren lernst du, mutig zu werden und dich angemessen durchzusetzen. Der Umgang mit ihnen schafft starke Beziehungen, fördert dein Selbstbewusstseins und dein  Verantwortungsgefühl.

A help plan meeting is a meeting where you can talk about your own goals and wishes together with your family, the youth welfare office and the educational professionals.

Home supervision is important. They are authorities. They inspect homes. They also give advice. There are many types of homes.

These include, for example Nursing homes, where older people are cared for Residential homes, where older people can live independently Nursing homes, where people who always need help live Short-term care facilities for people who need to get better after an illness Residential homes for people with disabilities Hospices, where people are cared for at the end of life Day and night care facilities Assisted living, where people can live with help Residential communities or living groups and Transitional facilities, where people can live for a while before moving to another place.

All these homes and facilities are part of the Home Act. Home law is a law. It says how things should be run in care homes. The home supervisory authority keeps an eye on things. It ensures that everyone adheres to this law.

This is about a help center in Hesse or Rhineland-Palatinate, for example. This help center is for children, teenagers and young adults. They can come to this center if they have problems. These problems can be in institutions for young people. Or they may have problems with different people.

These include Pre-mouth authorities parents and foster parents. You can come to this office quickly. You don't have to do a lot of paperwork. This office gives advice. It also provides information. And it gives help. This office is independent. And it costs nothing.

In outpatient care, you live at home with your family. A socio-pedagogical family assistant supports you and your family. They will help you with difficulties and with the organization of everyday life. You can talk about your problems together and they will help you to find solutions. The family help wants you to be well and to live well together.

A residential group home is a place. Many children and young people live there together. They don't just live there for a short time. They also live there for a long time. They get help there. And they get support there.

A day group is a place where children can be looked after after school from Monday to Friday. You will receive support and help there.
