How Can We Work Together to Ensure Access to Long-Term Care in the Main-Taunus District? Public Expert Event
Demographic change, the growing shortage of skilled workers, and increasing care needs pose major challenges for nursing and health care in the Main-Taunus district as well. More and more people need support, while at the same time qualified staff are becoming scarcer. This makes it all the more important to further develop existing services, strengthen new forms of collaboration, and take a regional, collaborative approach to care.
Against this backdrop, EVIM gGmbH’s Elderly Care Division invites you to a public expert event titled “Rethinking Care Together” on October 28, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the EVIM Senior Center in Hochheim, Alte Malzfabrik 3, 65239 Hochheim.
Representatives from the fields of nursing care, healthcare, politics, local government, social services, and other sectors will come together to discuss perspectives for a sustainable care landscape in the Main-Taunus district. The general public is also cordially invited.
The focus will be on outpatient, semi-inpatient, and inpatient care, assisted living, and end-of-life care. Following brief keynote presentations, the event will provide an opportunity for discussion, networking, and the joint development of concrete ideas. The guiding principle of the evening is: It is not individual services that will ensure tomorrow’s care, but rather the collaboration of all stakeholders.
