The workshops arrange internships and further employment opportunities and support you in your work outside the workshops. Specially trained job coaches for professional integration first determine your interests, skills, and competencies. This enables them to find you a job offer in a company on the general labor market that is perfectly suited to you.
We promote your skills and abilities in the best possible way. Before and during your assignment, you will receive targeted training and intensive support in the workplace from our job coaches to help you master the challenges in the company and prepare you for a possible transition into the general labor market.

Take advantage of our comprehensive online training program and on-site training opportunities tailored to your individual needs! In collaboration with our partners, we enable you to try out work in companies and institutions in the general labor market. These offer you a wide range of professional and personal development opportunities. You will be accompanied by the specialists from Jobfabrik and Startklar.
