EVIM Participation supports people with disabilities in mastering their everyday lives independently and living self-determined lives. Our services are as diverse as life and our society—and as the people who participate in them.

A strong, agile, and vibrant network: EVIM Participation
We promote equal participation—in neighborhood life, in society, and at work. To this end, we develop contemporary concepts and a wide range of socially oriented and person-centered services.
We have thus built up a large and agile network of inpatient and outpatient residential, care, and work services. We are constantly developing these services and tailoring them to the individual needs of our clients according to their ideas and support requirements where they live.

Talk Open Air
At the EVIM anniversary, politicians and practitioners discuss genuine participation and the path to an inclusive labor market.
"An inclusive society is a better society." That is the opinion of Hesse's Minister of Social Affairs, Heike Hofmann, and it has met with widespread approval. She is a guest at one of the panel discussions in the market square, which are being held to mark EVIM's 175th anniversary. Guests from the world of politics are invited, as well as EVIM employees, who will discuss current topics relating to EVIM's four areas of activity in order to give the public an impression of the challenges currently facing the organization.

Career prospects for people with disabilities
Our specialists support and encourage each individual to participate successfully in working life both inside and outside the workshops and to develop their personality. There are numerous high-quality work, employment, and training opportunities to choose from.
Products and services for private customers and businesses
EVIM workshops offer around 900 productive workplaces for people with disabilities at numerous locations. Whether gardening, baking, or industrial services, our workshops manufacture high-quality products for your professional or private needs.
Basic qualification in community psychiatric skills
The basic qualification in community psychiatric skills will be continued with an expanded range of modules starting on November 10, 2025, in Wiesbaden.
The course content imparts specialist knowledge in working with people with mental health issues and meets the required standards in community psychiatric fields of activity. The proven training program, which has been running for many years, will continue to contribute to the qualification of employees working in community psychiatric fields in the future.
