The EVIM assisted living facility in Hattersheim is located not far from the town center. Enjoy comfortable living in an attractive location and friendly neighborhood! The apartments are designed to meet the needs of older people and are rented out in conjunction with a service contract. If necessary, we give priority to tenants of the building in all EVIM senior care facilities.

Costs & Admission

23 rental apartments are privately financed. There are no income limits for these apartments.

38 condominiums ranging from 42 m² to 99 m² can be rented or purchased directly from the private owner. You negotiate the rent or purchase price directly with the owner. If you decide on a serviced apartment, we will conclude a service contract with you.

The Facility Advisory Board consists of elected residents and/or relatives. Its main task is to represent the interests of the residents and improve the quality of the facility. It has a say in decisions that need to be made in the facility, whether it be in the design or planning of leisure activities. It promotes communication between the facility management and the residents.
