Privately financed rental apartments: 38 rental apartments ranging from 40 m² to 92 m² are privately financed. There are 5 three-room apartments and 33 two-room apartments. There are no income limits for these apartments.

 

Condominiums: 23 apartments ranging from 51 m² to 92 m², including 8 three-room and 15 two-room apartments, are available for rent or purchase directly from the private owner.

38 rental apartments ranging from 40 m² to 92 m² are privately financed. Five apartments have three rooms, and 33 have two rooms. There are no income limits for these apartments.

You can rent or purchase 23 apartments ranging from 51 m² to 92 m², including 8 three-room and 15 two-room apartments, directly from the private owner. If you choose a service apartment, we will enter into a service contract with you.

With the service contract concluded with us, you can enjoy all the advantages of independent living and the security of a coordinator and an affiliated senior center. It also includes a home emergency call system and the associated background service. We also support you where necessary and possible in everyday questions and concerns for socializing and community in the residential complexes.

Enjoy comfortable living in attractive, peaceful surroundings. The apartments are tailored to the needs of older people and are rented out in conjunction with a service contract. Additional care and support are available on request. If necessary, we will give you priority consideration for all facilities and services provided by EVIM gGmbH | Altenhilfe.
