11 two-bedroom apartments and four three-bedroom apartments ranging from 50 m² to
100 m² are privately funded. There are no income limits for these apartments.

Our Dambachtal assisted living facility, located in a desirable hillside location in Wiesbaden, opened in 2002. It is approximately 300 meters from the city center. The Kurhaus and State Theater are just a few minutes' walk or a short bus ride away.
Live independently, live safely
With the service contract concluded with us, you can enjoy all the advantages of independent living and the security of a coordinator and an affiliated senior center. It also includes a home emergency call system and the associated background service. We also support you where necessary and possible in everyday matters and ensure sociability and community in the residential complexes.
Comfortable living, carefree life
Enjoy comfortable living in attractive, peaceful surroundings. The apartments are tailored to the needs of older people and are rented out in conjunction with a service contract.
