Our assisted living facility is located in Wiesbaden's Komponistenviertel district, under the same roof as the senior center, in a separate living area. Here you can live in green surroundings while still being close to the city center, with convenient transport links and a bistro and shopping facilities nearby. Additional care and support are available on request. An outpatient nursing service is available directly in the building.

Safety and comfort in the countryside

The Ludwig Eibach House is located in one of Wiesbaden's most beautiful residential areas, high above the Tennelbach Valley and surrounded by park-like gardens. Our traditional building has been extensively modernized and now offers a comfortable and safe home for senior citizens. Bright rooms and a warm atmosphere ensure well-being and quality of life.

Safety and service are our top priorities. Our residents enjoy social events and cultural activities. Walks in the countryside, group activities, or simply relaxing in their own rooms—the Ludwig Eibach House combines a sense of security with an active and varied daily routine.

Costs & Admission

All apartments are privately financed. Therefore, there are no income limits for tenants. If you decide to rent a service apartment, we will conclude a service contract with you.

With the service contract concluded with us, you can enjoy all the advantages of independent living and the security of a coordinator and an affiliated senior center. It also includes a home emergency call system and the associated background service. We also support you where necessary and possible in everyday questions and concerns for socializing and community in the residential complexes.
Safety and comfort
Enjoy comfortable living in attractive, peaceful surroundings. The apartments are tailored to the needs of older people and are rented out in conjunction with a service contract. Additional care and support are available on request. If necessary, we will give you priority consideration for all facilities and services provided by EVIM gGmbH | Altenhilfe.

Facility Advisory Board

The Facility Advisory Board consists of elected residents and/or relatives. Its main task is to represent the interests of the residents and improve the quality of the facility. It has a say in decisions that need to be made in the facility, whether it be in the design or planning of leisure activities. It promotes communication between the facility management and the residents.
