Living and feeling good on the Main

The Kostheim Senior Center is located directly on the Maaraue recreational area and offers a quiet, green environment with good connections to the city. The light-filled facility with lovingly designed common areas creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our goal is to provide a living environment where residents feel safe and secure and can maintain their independence as much as possible.

Safety and individual care are our top priorities. We promote quality of life and community spirit with a wide range of activities, cultural events, and a family atmosphere. Whether it's relaxing walks, creative activities, or social gatherings in our in-house café, the Kostheim Senior Center combines well-being with an active everyday life.

We offer them a living environment where they can feel safe and secure. A family atmosphere is important to us. In three living areas, our specially trained staff provide individual care and support to each resident. Promoting existing skills and preferences means maintaining quality of life.
Live individually, live familiarly
We encourage you to maintain your personal lifestyle and habits. We respect your traditions, memories, and feelings, your history, your values, and your personality. We welcome individual room designs and are happy to actively support you in this (e.g., your own furniture, pictures, bedspreads, flowers, mementos).
Enjoying time together in the café
The lovingly designed café is open to all guests from the building and the neighborhood. With direct access from the street and a beautiful terrace, it is an ideal meeting place for residents, families, friends, and neighbors in the district to socialize.
Hands-on herb garden
Our park-like courtyard spoils you with seasonal herbs. You are welcome to help with the design and selection, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the lovingly designed ambience.

Participation & Feedback

Facility Advisory Board

The Facility Advisory Board consists of elected residents and/or relatives. Its main task is to represent the interests of the residents and improve the quality of the facility. It has a say in decisions that need to be made in the facility, whether it be in the design or planning of leisure activities. It promotes communication between the facility management and the residents.
