Intensive sozialpädagogische Einzelbetreuung (ISPE)
We offer individual support to young people in difficult life situations. Our flexible care concept comprises three modules: 24-hour care, outpatient support, and travel projects. Through intensive relationship work and tailor-made educational programs, we help them develop new perspectives. Our goal: stabilization, reintegration, and promotion of independence.

This is important to us
ISPE is aimed at young people who need special support. Our services comprise three flexible modules:
- Module A: 24-hour care, including basic care
- Module B: Flexible outpatient care (average 12.5 hours/week)
- Module C: 24-hour care as part of travel projects
Our educational work is based on a systemic, resource-oriented approach. We attach great importance to relationship building and activating the attachment system. We create a basis of trust through individual care settings that can include adventure and recreational educational elements.
Key aspects of our work:
- Focus on strengths and interests
- Promotion of self-efficacy and autonomy
- Intensive work with parents and involvement of the family system
- Flexible adjustment of the intensity of care
- Regular helper meetings to review and adjust measures
Our multi-professional team ensures holistic care and works closely with schools, training centers, and therapeutic institutions to provide the best possible support.
The aim is to work with young people to develop sustainable life prospects and support them in reintegrating into less intensive forms of care or in achieving independence.
