This is important to us

JamB is an outpatient, low-threshold service aimed at clients for whom we do not have a suitable, ready-made youth welfare measure.
These young people often have many years of experience with youth welfare services without ever having been able to gain a foothold anywhere. They have a strong need for self-determination and self-organization and are very experienced in this area. Nevertheless, they repeatedly come up against the limits of society.

We support adolescents and young adults in exploring and testing these boundaries and finding appropriate ways of dealing with them. We offer our support and are patient until our clients develop the necessary trust in us. We do not take their cooperation for granted. At the beginning, we do not expect them to formulate any goals.

We also provide support in times of failure – but every day is a new day. We are available 24/7 on call for crises. We work and cooperate with our clients' living environment and also offer accommodation if required. Perspectives and goals are developed and implemented according to the individual needs and pace of the clients in order to have a long-term effect.

We are a small team and there is no fixed assignment of educators to clients – everyone contributes their individual strengths. The number of places is limited to seven clients.
