This is important to us
In the residential group, children and young people learn to form new, trusting relationships. The specialists are aware of their role between the young person and their family of origin and shape this role in the interests of those in their care. In the residential group, children and young people find support, experience warmth and security, and are encouraged in their individual development. They experience appropriate boundaries, but also support that is tailored to their needs and resources.
The premises in the residential group offer the opportunity to pursue a wide variety of interests, and close ties with the local community facilitate social integration.
If a longer stay is desired for those in care, this can be arranged in the training apartment. Here, the young people are individually cared for according to their needs in the area of independence and are supported by specialists in everyday questions of life and housekeeping.
Provided the apartment is not occupied, we can also take in a young person to help them become independent.
