This is important to us
The Sonnenberg residential group is aimed at young people with a migrant background aged 14 and above who have fled to Germany unaccompanied for various reasons or who are unable to live with their families (temporarily). We provide them with a safe home and full residential care. Our concept is based on the abilities of the young people in order to support them in their development into self-determined, responsible, and socially competent individuals.
The aim is to prevent and reduce discrimination and enable people to participate equally in society. We create opportunities within the scope of their abilities.
We have a strong network and work closely with schools, youth welfare offices, immigration authorities, language mediators, integration and language courses, and parents to develop individual opportunities for young people.
