Haus der Kinder Bleichstraße
The Haus der Kinder is located in the heart of Wiesbaden's Westend district and is as international as the neighborhood itself, making the children's interactions exciting and varied and offering everyone the chance to experience cultural diversity as an enrichment.
In 2015, two floors of an apartment building were lovingly converted into the Haus der Kinder Bleichstraße. It offers plenty of space for two nursery groups and two elementary groups.

Concept & Services
Language, movement, nutrition, and social integration are essential components of our work.
Every day, we take trips to the city forest, as well as to parks, green spaces, and playgrounds in our neighborhood. Here, the children can discover nature and have space to move and play. Language development is always taken into account by the teachers in their daily work at the daycare center. We actively celebrate and organize Christian festivals, and we incorporate festivals from other cultures into our work.
We accept each child as they are: with their interests, talents, and needs. We encourage and support them to develop their abilities at their own pace. We are guided by the educational principles of Maria Montessori and work according to the principle: "Help me to do it myself." In this way, we promote the independence of the children.
Our educational work focuses on the lives of the children and their families. Activities are designed so that every child has the opportunity to find themselves in them, and it is very important that all children experience appreciation for their language and culture.
