Located in the center of Eschborn, next to the Protestant church, is the EVIM ServiceWohnen complex “Dekan-Mencke-Haus.” Here, 19 apartments ranging from 43 to 57 square meters provide space for independent living: four are publicly subsidized and fifteen are privately financed. All apartments have a south-facing terrace or balcony.

Fifteen rental apartments are privately financed. There are no income limits for these apartments.

With the service contract concluded with us, you can enjoy all the advantages of independent living and the security of a coordinator. It also includes a home emergency call system and the associated background service, as well as preferential admission to one of our senior centers if required.
