The EVIM ServiceWohnen facility "Dekan-Mencke-Haus" is located in the center of Eschborn, next to the Protestant church. Here, 19 apartments ranging from 43 to 57 square meters offer space for independent living: ten publicly subsidized, eight privately financed, and one condominium. All apartments have a south-facing terrace or balcony.

Fifteen rental apartments are privately financed. There are no income limits for these apartments.

With the service contract concluded with us, you can enjoy all the advantages of independent living and the security of a coordinator. It also includes a home emergency call system and the associated background service, as well as preferential admission to one of our senior centers if required.
Service, community, care
We support you where necessary and possible in everyday matters and ensure a friendly atmosphere and community spirit in the residential complexes.

Participation & Feedback

Facility Advisory Board

The Facility Advisory Board consists of elected residents and/or relatives. Its main task is to represent the interests of the residents and improve the quality of the facility. It has a say in decisions that need to be made in the facility, whether it be in the design or planning of leisure activities. It promotes communication between the facility management and the residents.
