The Johann-Hinrich-Wichern-Stift is located in the heart of Wiesbaden, yet surrounded by greenery. Here you will find everything that makes life in old age more pleasant: spacious rooms with a view of the countryside, a friendly neighborhood, and a varied program of events and activities. 

Particularly convenient: a mobile kiosk comes right to your room. We have 80 spacious single rooms and five double rooms, some with balconies or terraces.

We respect your traditions, memories, and feelings, your history, your values, and your personality. We incorporate all of this into our individualized care and activating nursing services. You will have a designated contact person who will assist you with any questions you may have. Residents who are no longer mobile can, if they wish, participate in life in our home from our rolling armchair or simply enjoy the fresh air in our beautiful garden, a true green oasis.
A charming meeting place
Our cozy, public café is a popular meeting place. If you would like to celebrate with a larger group, you are welcome to book our party room on the ground floor—service included! Our park-like grounds with a rose garden, pond, and old trees are particularly beautiful. Even our cute rabbits have made their home here. Dogs are part of everyday life here.
Colorful activity program
We welcome individual room designs and are happy to actively support you in this (e.g., your own furniture, pictures, bedspreads, flowers, mementos). We offer everything that makes life in old age more pleasant: spacious rooms with a view of the countryside, a friendly neighborhood, and a varied program of events and activities. Facility Advisory Board

The Facility Advisory Board consists of elected residents and/or relatives. Its main task is to represent the interests of the residents and improve the quality of the facility. It has a say in decisions that need to be made in the facility, whether it be in the design or planning of leisure activities. It promotes communication between the facility management and the residents.
