The Ludwig Eibach House is located in one of Wiesbaden's most beautiful residential areas, high above the Tennelbach Valley and surrounded by park-like gardens. Our traditional building has been extensively modernized and now offers a comfortable and safe home for senior citizens. Spacious communal areas, bright rooms, and a warm atmosphere ensure well-being and quality of life.

Safety and service are our top priorities. Our residents enjoy individual care, social events, and cultural activities. Walks in the countryside, group activities, or simply relaxing in your own room—the Ludwig Eibach House combines comfort with an active and varied daily routine.

There are many opportunities to meet like-minded people here. Memory training, gymnastics, games, newspaper reading and much more are all part of what we offer. We regularly host concerts and seasonal events in our ballroom. We have even had a circus visit us. We and the facility advisory board are always open to requests and suggestions. Over 50 volunteers support us with their talents.

A park-like garden provides the perfect setting for meeting up, for open-air events, for taking a walk or spending time in nature—and our four-legged friends who come to visit love it just as much as we do.

Over the past few decades, our traditional establishment has been repeatedly renovated and upgraded to become a modern senior center equipped with the latest innovations in elderly care. In the neighboring assisted living facility, we offer individualized living comfort with security and service.

Facility Advisory Board

The Facility Advisory Board consists of elected residents and/or relatives. Its main task is to represent the interests of the residents and improve the quality of the facility. It has a say in decisions that need to be made in the facility, whether it be in the design or planning of leisure activities. It promotes communication between the facility management and the residents.
