Our educational concept is characterized by flexible cooperation with those in our care on an equal footing, with the aim of opening up individual development opportunities and achieving personal goals together. Our office is staffed on weekdays between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., or as needed. On weekends, holidays, and at night, the young people are on their own.

Flex Mombach offers young people a safe space where they can test their own limits and experience self-efficacy and independence. A lot of freedom requires a lot of personal commitment, initiative, and responsibility. The prerequisite for admission to our facility is a minimum level of independence, willingness to cooperate, and motivation.

The assistance provided in coping with everyday life is tailored to the needs, personal strengths, abilities, and resources of the young people. Our work focuses on helping them become independent, supporting them in moving into their own homes, securing their livelihood, and developing a stable identity and realistic outlook on life.
