This is important to us

We offer young people in the flexible residential group safe accommodation, protection, and security. A team of qualified educational professionals looks after the young people during the day in flexible care hours and supports them with all questions and problems. We are usually available Monday through Friday to ensure individual consultations and support services.

At night and in the morning, the young people are expected to act independently. They have the opportunity to plan and carry out their daily routine independently, from getting up to cooking for themselves.

We work with the youth welfare office to create a support plan for each resident. The aim of our work is to promote the independence and self-reliance of the residents. Our support is tailored to the personal strengths and abilities of those we care for.

We also support them in moving into their own apartment and offer follow-up care outside the residential group to ensure stability, so that no further relationships are broken off as a result of the transition to external care.
