This is important to us
The six educators at JWG primarily support the young people from Sunday to Friday; in addition, there is a night duty service. At the weekend, the educational staff can be reached via an on-call service. Our actions are characterized by appreciation, respect, and helping people to help themselves. We work according to the reference caregiver system and offer a reliable relationship service.
The structure of our care is based on the personal needs, strengths, and weaknesses of the young people.
We provide needs-based support, supervision, and guidance in all areas of daily life, right up to independent living. We work closely with the institutions and individuals involved in the support process.
Our goal is to give young people long-term prospects in life and prepare them for independent living. This includes helping young people acquire social skills and pursue regular activities.
We support them in becoming aware of their strengths and resources and in building constructive relationships with other people.
