This is important to us
The Grävenwiesbach children's residential group offers children aged six and above intensive educational support in a family-like environment, with individual care options based on a transparent and participatory approach. This provides a high level of personal security for each child and a protected environment in which to gain and apply new experiences.
The specialists focus on the individual needs of the children and young people. Close and understanding support helps to convey a sense of emotional security.
The protected environment of village life, the personal atmosphere, and integration into kindergarten or school and the group environment offer acceptance, protection, and security, enabling them to reorient themselves, identify with others, and develop trust in adults. Everyday life in the group teaches social skills.
We see parents as partners and treat them as such. By interacting with them on an equal footing, we aim to strengthen parents in their parenting skills so that a smooth transition back to the family home is possible.
