Kinderwohngruppe Heidesheim
In our residential group in Heidesheim, children aged four and above find a safe home when a return to their family of origin is questionable or not yet possible.
With individual support, clear structures, and reliable relationships, we accompany them on their journey—whether to independence or back to their families.

This is important to us
We pursue these goals through our work:
- The young person is protected.
- Young people are provided with housing.
- Young people are integrated into their kindergarten (or school or training).
- Young people are integrated into their peer group.
- Young people have emotional bonds with others.
- The young person has social skills.
- The young person knows their family background and can interpret it.
- The educational conditions in the family of origin have improved.
In the Heidesheim residential group, we offer a safe place to live for children aged four and above whose parents are no longer able to fulfill their parental role for a variety of reasons, but for whom a return to their parents seems realistic in the future.
Based on the principles of integration, providing a home, participation, and individual support, different perspectives such as medium to long-term accommodation, return to the family, or independence can be pursued depending on the individual case.
If the parents are permanently unable to raise their children safely in their own environment, there is the option of the children remaining in the center until they become independent.
