This is important to us

A socio-educational, safe environment with clear rules and space for individually designed freedom. As in a large family, everyday life is structured, with a daily routine, regular homework time, and a fixed weekly schedule for joint household chores. The binding rules are negotiated and modified with the group as far as possible. As in a family, we are equally stable caregivers and contact persons for all questions, providing support, warmth, and security, setting boundaries, encouraging, and supporting the children and young people. Our assistance covers the areas of school and performance, health, social behavior with skills training and relationship work, leisure activities, experiential education, and practical life skills.

We offer an environment in which children and young people feel safe and comfortable and can explore in a manner appropriate to their age. With us, they receive individual support, encouragement, and guidance around the clock. This is ensured by a team of competent and experienced professionals working in shifts, 365 days a year. The aim is for young people to acquire a wide range of social skills and be well prepared for their future lives. In doing so, we want to teach them values such as respect, tolerance, and, above all, joie de vivre.
