This is important to us

Social pedagogical family assistance is an outreach service that provides intensive support in the family environment with flexible time structures. The needs of specific target groups are diverse and range from emergency care in current crises to flexible, intensive, and long-term support and guidance for children, young people, and families in everyday life. We determine the appropriate and necessary assistance in each individual case in a clearing procedure together with the youth welfare office, the child or young person, and the family involved.

The school integration support is aimed at children and young people from the 6th grade onwards who attend the Schule am Geisberg - Darmstadt branch - and who are disadvantaged due to social and/or emotional impairments and therefore have difficulties in their learning and working behavior as well as in integrating into the class. The scope of support is individually tailored to the needs of the young person.

We also relieve the burden on parents in terms of education and provide them with support. In addition, individual assistance outside the Geisberg School can also be requested.
