Teilnahmeassistenz Darmstadt works in the areas of school environment, individual case assistance, and clearing. Our support is tailored to the personal needs and resources of the children and their families. Developmental disorders or abnormalities in social-emotional development, which can lead to problems at school or even refusal to attend, are often the starting point. We can provide timely support in conflict and crisis situations at school. We empower and support children and young people in acquiring social skills, coordinating everyday demands, and planning and organizing their free time. We develop individual, flexible responses to the overall school and family situation.

We work closely with parents and the children's social environment, as well as with schools, youth welfare offices, relevant institutions, and internal and external networks. Our actions are always characterized by appreciation, recognition, and helping people to help themselves. Integration into the youth welfare department, regular reflection within the team, and regular training and supervision serve to ensure the quality of our work.
