This is important to us

In the residential group at Quellen, located in the immediate vicinity of Wiesbaden city center, the focus is on person-centered development. This is done with regard to the individual developmental steps of the person being cared for and the goals set by the young person, as well as the caregivers and the youth welfare office. It is important to note that the residents usually have the goal of moving into their own apartment after their time in the residential group.

The focus is therefore always on the personal development of the adolescents or young adults in order to provide support in developing an individual perspective. This is always done in cooperation with the young person. Participation is
a top priority in the residential group: the residents are involved in the specific processes, whether in school, work, or formal settings.
