Workshop for employers shows ways to achieve greater inclusion in the workplace

How can people with disabilities be successfully integrated into companies? This question will be addressed in an inclusion workshop for employers organized by the EVIM workshop association as part of the InklUMa project. The inclusion and transition management project is funded by the Hessian Ministry of Labor, Integration, Youth, and Social Affairs.

The workshop is aimed at HR managers, executives, and entrepreneurs who are interested in inclusive work environments and would like to learn about practical approaches to greater equality in the workplace. The goal is to provide concrete ideas on how to achieve inclusion in everyday working life and what advantages an inclusive corporate culture offers.

The program includes insights into the work of a workshop, information on employment opportunities, and financial benefits for companies. The program is supplemented by practical examples and discussions on the operational requirements for successful inclusion.

The workshop will take place on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 2 to 4 p.m. at EKOM, Hugo-Hoffmann-Ring 2, 65795 Hattersheim am Main. Participation is free of charge. Registration is required by March 6, 2025 – by email to noura.schmuck@evim.de or online at the link
