Our EVIM assisted living facility, which opened in 2005, is located on the western outskirts of Schwalbach. It has a good neighborhood and shopping facilities nearby. It is easily accessible by bus and S-Bahn or via the highways around the Frankfurter Kreuz interchange.

The assisted living facility for seniors in Schwalbach am Taunus offers 24 comfortable apartments with balconies or terraces in a quiet location. An on-site coordinator is available to assist you with everyday matters and organize activities. 

Shopping facilities, green spaces, and a café nearby ensure comfort and quality of life. If necessary, preferential admission to an EVIM care facility is possible.

Feel good indoors and outdoors
Enjoy comfortable living in an attractive, quiet location. The apartments are tailored to the needs of older people and are rented out in conjunction with a service contract.
Individual living
Eight two-room apartments are approximately 45 m² in size, while 16 two-room apartments range from 55 m² to 72 m² in size. The rental agreement applies to your apartment. You can furnish the apartment individually with your own furniture.
Living in the countryside
Our coordinators plan events, cultural and creative activities for you and with you. Enjoy living in a quiet location with a view of the countryside.

Participation & Feedback

Facility Advisory Board

The Facility Advisory Board consists of elected residents and/or relatives. Its main task is to represent the interests of the residents and improve the quality of the facility. It has a say in decisions that need to be made in the facility, whether it be in the design or planning of leisure activities. It promotes communication between the facility management and the residents.
