NeSt - Neuer Start
NeSt – a clearing group for children aged 0 to 2 years. This six-month program for mothers/fathers and children in particularly risky phases addresses various issues relating to the scope, quality, and development potential of parental resources in the interests of the child's welfare. As part of the clearing measure, parents take on the daily care of their child in the group from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. under the guidance and support of specialists.

This is important to us
The maternal/paternal resources for the appropriate upbringing and care of the child are determined through educational support and observation of the mother/father-child interaction. These observations are a central component of intensive educational and methodological parental work.
At the end of the stay, assessments are made as to the extent to which the mother/father is able to lead an independent, self-reliant life with their child with the help of a support network. All interventions and actions focus on the child's development and ensuring the child's well-being.

Everyday life with a baby can be wonderful—but also exhausting, overwhelming, and sometimes lonely. This is exactly where EVIM Jugendhilfe's NeSt program comes in: a place where mothers and fathers are accompanied, empowered, and supported with their babies—with a lot of heart, experience, and an open, appreciative attitude.
