Flexible Betreuung Wiesbaden
Flex Wiesbaden is a low-threshold service offering individualized support for young people aged 10 and above with special or unclear educational needs. Support begins with a clearing phase lasting at least three months to assess the individual's situation.
Young people are accepted with the aim of enabling them to act independently in accordance with their age and, if necessary, to be transferred to suitable support systems.

This is important to us
Flex Wiesbaden works on an individual basis and focuses on finding solutions. We promote self-determined lifestyles and work with young people to find and develop sustainable strategies for changing their personal situations of distress and problems. Where possible, we support them in remaining in their parents' home – optionally in conjunction with systemic parental counseling. The focus here is on stabilizing young people and developing or strengthening appropriate relationship patterns between parents and adolescents. Alternatively, we help young people find their own living space and accompany them as they take their first steps toward independence. As part of the support provided, they learn to act independently.
This also includes acquiring and expanding practical life skills. Those receiving support learn to represent themselves and stand up for their own decisions. They are encouraged to develop a sustainable, individual life plan and receive targeted support in doing so. Another important component of the support is the focus on life, resources, and networks. The transitions or transfers of the young people are accompanied by the staff, and the recipients are prepared for the steps ahead. Participation, openness, and transparency are our top priorities.
